Comments: This delicious example of a California Roll has a simple, clean flavor and combines well with both ginger and wasabi or is delicious all by itself. Of the wasabi and ginger I did prefer the wasabi, but then I'm a fan of spice. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The avocado was creamy and I found the crab and avocado combination pleasing to the pallet. This is nice and light and makes a great appetizer or combine with another roll and make it part of a nutritious lunch.
